Probably one of the coolest things about this video is that the character has pretty incredible running form. I mean, like, legitimately good form. Nice job on the research for that one!
I love this video because it celebrates the simple joy that can be found in running. So many commercials we see now honor the pain and suffering (which is awesome too!), but every now and again we need a little reminder that there is beauty in pain, that there is elegance in the battle of man vs. nature and man vs. himself (or herself).

I agree with you. This character has very good form. It makes me want to start stretching right now. I could use a run.
